About Landlord Reminder

A free, mobile-first tool that helps landlords keep track of every tenancy, rent date and lease renewal, so nothing slips.

Why we built it

Most small landlords manage a handful of flats or shops from memory, a notebook or a spreadsheet. Renewal dates creep up, notices go out late, and rent arrears build quietly. Landlord Reminder was built by Milo Tech to replace that guesswork with a simple dashboard and timely reminders.

What it does

• Tenancy records. Save each property, tenant, start date, end date and renewal date in one place, with notes, photos and documents.
• Renewal reminders. The app flags each tenancy three months, one month and seven days before its renewal date, and again if the date has passed.
• Rent schedule calculator. Turn a weekly, monthly or annual rent into a full payment schedule and an annual total in naira.
• Invoices. Generate a clean rent invoice to send to a tenant.
• Optional encryption and backup. Lock your records with a passphrase, and keep an automatic backup on our server while you are signed in.

Individual landlords, family property owners and small property managers, particularly in Nigeria, who want a clear view of their tenancies without paying for full property-management software.
