1. Using the app
Landlord Reminder is a free tool from Milo Tech for recording tenancies and receiving reminders. By using it you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 and use the app lawfully.
2. Your content
You own the tenancy records, notes and documents you add. You are responsible for having the right to store information about your tenants and for keeping it accurate.
3. Not legal or financial advice
Reminders, calculators and guides are for general information only. Notice periods and rent rules differ by state and by tenancy agreement. Check the law that applies to your property, or speak to a lawyer, before serving notices or taking action against a tenant.
4. Availability and backups
We work to keep the app available but cannot promise it will always be error-free. Records stored only in your browser can be lost if you clear your browser data, so keep a backup using sync or your own copies.
5. Passphrases
If you turn on encryption, only you know your passphrase. We cannot recover encrypted records if it is lost.
6. Advertising
Parts of the site are supported by advertising. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for advertisers’ products or websites.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Milo Tech is not liable for missed reminders, lost data, or any indirect loss arising from use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
