Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Landlord Reminder (“the app”, “we”), operated by Milo Tech, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
- Account details. Your email address and password, used to sign in. We store your email and a one-way hash of your password on our server; we never store the password itself.
- Google sign-in. If you choose Continue with Google, Google tells us your email address and a Google account ID, which we store to recognise you next time. We do not receive your Google password, contacts or any other Google data.
- Tenancy records. Property names, tenant names, dates, notes, photos and documents you add. These are stored in your browser and, if you turn on encryption, are encrypted with a passphrase only you know.
- Sync backups. While you are signed in and online, the app keeps a copy of your tenancy records on our server, linked to your account and only available after you sign in, so you can restore them on another device. If you turn on encryption, the copy is encrypted on your device before it is sent.
- Messages. If you contact us, we receive your name, email address and message.
How we use information
- To run the app: show your tenancies, calculate reminders and restore backups.
- To send you renewal reminder summaries by email at the address you signed up with.
- To answer your messages and improve the app.
We do not sell your tenancy records or share them with advertisers.
Cookies and advertising
Our public pages show advertising served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google’s use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors’ cookies at www.aboutads.info.
- We may advertise this site on Google. When you arrive from one of our Google ads, a Google Ads cookie records whether you go on to create an account, so we can measure which ads work. No tenancy details are shared.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalised ads are shown.
The app also uses your browser’s local storage to remember that you are signed in and to keep your records available offline.
Data retention and deletion
Records stored in your browser stay there until you delete them or clear your browser data. Sync backups stay on our server until you ask us to delete them. To request deletion, email miloluwatech@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and to object to some processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
Children
The app is meant for adults managing property and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
