How the calculator works
It first turns the rent into a yearly total: weekly rent × 52, every-two-weeks rent × 26, monthly rent × 12. Each other figure is that yearly total divided back down. Because a month is longer than four weeks, a weekly rent of ₦15,000 is about ₦65,000 a month, not ₦60,000.
